Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
pivpp accepts popular payment methods available in Bangladesh and processes transactions promptly.
Supported Payment Methods
We currently support the following methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
- Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Funds deposited through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Transaction Verification

Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).
General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses must be used within a specified time period — otherwise they will expire.
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
- Generally, another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.
- We reserve the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.

VIP and Cashback Program
pivpp's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback
VIP tier upgrades are based on regularity of play and activity. Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately.
Bonus Abuse Policy
Bonus abuse — such as bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and the bonus will be cancelled.
Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games on pivpp are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
General Betting Rules
- A bet that has been confirmed cannot be cancelled.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, we reserve the right to refund the bet for that round.
- pivpp will not be held responsible for losses caused by server outages or network issues, but where possible, affected users will be assisted.
- If a fault or bug is found in any game, all winnings obtained from that game may be voided.
Game Provider Terms
Our platform offers games from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, etc.). The respective provider's own rules also apply to these games.
Sports Betting
